It finally arrived! I placed my order on September 19, received the shipping notification on October 22, and the package arrived on October 24. The item was in excellent condition and matched the store’s photos perfectly.
My original one-star review was due to communication issues — I sent a follow-up email on October 7 asking about the order status but received no reply. Then, on October 13, I got a survey email asking me to review a product that hadn’t yet shipped. I suggest the company adjust the timing of its automated notifications to avoid confusing customers.
That said, I’m extremely pleased with the product itself. It’s going in my office at work, which is fitting since I work in IT. I’ve included front and back photos. The actual dimensions are 12" × 9", and the frame is 1 3⁄16" thick. Rubber standoffs are installed on the lower back to prevent wall scuffing once mounted.
