Sadly, I have not received the item though it's been nearly 2 months since I ordered it. It's been stuck in the USPS system and I'm fairly sure I won't receive it. The package wasthrough the first class USPS and so there's really no insurance, no constant updates, no recourse. International Priority One would be much better though I realize it is more expensive. I would rather pay the extra fees than not receive anything at all and take it as a complete loss. I also find it interesting that you sent this survey though you have the ability to track packages you send and confirm that they have been delivered. W/hile I know this isn't your company's fault, I'm still disappointed with the circumstances and would be very heistant to shop with you again.

Never received poster

Three stars. Wasn’t that big of a photo. Was hoping for larger. Nicely framed and protected for post—I figured I was paying right at $100 for something that would be shipped properly anyhow. The cost was incredibly inflated for the product received. But since this company is the only one I found offering this photo at all, I decided to give it a chance. Not sure if I’d buy from them again. But happy with the purchase in general as it’s on my wall now. Offer much larger sizes like in the film, please.
