I bought this necklace replica but when the envelope arrived it was opened and there was nothing inside. I reached out to customer support right away with photos explaining what happened and never even received a reply. Followed up again after a few days and again no response.

High-quality necklace. Wish the pendant was a bit larger like the original. Still, a very lovely VERTIGO necklace.
