I ordered the product from Germany thinking it would take a while to ship. Nearly 2 weeks later the item finally was delivered and the quality was so bad I could see the imperfections after just opening the package. After thinking about it for a minute I figuered that maybe the damages ocurred while shipping, but even the picture isnt even glued on properly. You can see that its slightly tilted and the whole ceramic of the cup is damaged around the picture.

Never buy this mug if you want an exact replica of it. Just not worth the effort.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Ordered a mug that took them nearly 3 weeks to ship. Emailed them about it and got the bare minimum assistance. Told them to cancel my order and refund me, which they completely
Ignored. Will absolutely NEVER be using them again
